Warka Water
Warka Water is an experimental design project aiming to provide a reliable source of clean drinking water to remote communities in Ethiopia.
Warka ‘Towers’ absorb water from the atmosphere in the form of dew, fog and condensation. Although the project is still in its prototype phase, it is anticipated that the final product will be able to collect up to 100 litres of water per day - water that can be used for drinking, as well as irrigation and agricultural purposes.
