Our award-winning cacao butter originates from Peru where the Cacao tree was sacred amongst the Mayans and Aztecs. Cacao butter is made by pressing ground, milled cacao nibs to make a cocoa paste. This process separates powder from the butter to create a velvety and rich paste that can be used as a natural alternative to processed cooking oils. Our cacao butter also dissolves beautifully onto the skin as a pure chemical-free moisturiser.
