DELIVERY

All orders made before 12pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. The majority of orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class and should be with you the next working day. We occasionally send larger orders via courier, these may take upto 2 days to arrive. Please note orders to the Channel Islands will take between 3-4 days to arrive. We are not currently shipping outside of the UK. 

For Royal Mail orders, if no-one is at home when the postman calls, a calling card will be left which gives you the option of having the parcel redelivered, picking the parcel up from your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre or having the parcel delivered to your local Post Office (for a small charge). If you do not contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Centre and the parcel is returned to us, you will have to pay your original shipping charges for us to reship to you.

Customers outside the EU may be liable to local import taxes. If you have any questions regarding additional taxes that you may be charged please contact your local customs and revenue office. If you have any specific requirements for any orders please contact us.
